What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@nomadkit.store within 30 days! Be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your report and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us at info@nomadkit.store with photos of the wrong or damaged items within 30 days. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@nomadkit.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.
What if the address was incorrect?
If the address provided is insufficient and the shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipment costs after we confirm an updated address with you. Please ensure that the address provided during checkout is complete and accurate to avoid this situation. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm the correct details and arrange for reshipment at your cost.
What if the shipment is unclaimed?
Unclaimed shipments are returned to us, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If you expect a delivery and have not received your package, please check with your local post office or courier service. We will notify you via email if an unclaimed shipment is returned to us.
Do you accept returns of sealed goods?
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health and hygiene reasons (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c) and (e)). Any returned orders with face masks will not be reshipped and will be disposed of. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers. If you receive a damaged or defective face mask, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue, and we will provide a resolution.
EU Consumer Notification:
According to Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c) and (e), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
