Shipping Fees
- We offer a flat shipping rate of €6.99 or the equivalent amount in other currencies for all orders under €150.
- Orders exceeding €150 or the equivalent amount in other currencies qualify for free shipping.
Orders
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper with locations worldwide. Depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently. This helps us deliver your products faster and reduces shipping costs.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at info@nomadkit.store within 30 days with (a) photos of the damaged product, (b) your order number, and (c) any other details about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@nomadkit.store within 30 days! Be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your report and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us at info@nomadkit.store with photos of the wrong or damaged items within 30 days.

refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@nomadkit.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.
What if the address was incorrect?
If the address provided is insufficient and the shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipment costs after we confirm an updated address with you. Please ensure that the address provided during checkout is complete and accurate to avoid this situation. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm the correct details and arrange for reshipment at your cost.
What if the shipment is unclaimed?
Unclaimed shipments are returned to us, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If you expect a delivery and have not received your package, please check with your local post office or courier service. We will notify you via email if an unclaimed shipment is returned to us.
Do you accept returns of sealed goods?
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health and hygiene reasons (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c) and (e)). Any returned orders with face masks will not be reshipped and will be disposed of. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our
customers. If you receive a damaged or defective face mask, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue, and we will provide a resolution.
EU Consumer Notification:
According to Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c) and (e), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
Refuse returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
Delivery
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 4–8 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 6–9 business days
- Europe: 8–12 business days
We recommend checking the FAQ section of each product page to find the estimate delivery time for your order.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the facility that can fulfill it most efficiently based on your location.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee may occur on your orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please contact us at info@nomadkit.store with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 4-8 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- NOMADkit store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Customs policies vary widely by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information that results in the return of your package, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed the updated address with you.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
- NOMADkit store is not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Unclaimed Shipments
Unclaimed shipments returned to us will be the responsibility of the customer for reshipment costs.
Incorrect Address
If the provided address is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
